Here at Venice and Vica we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.
We do not accept returns for international orders. We will only issue store credit.
We do not accept exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied you can return the items (as long as they meet the return requirements) then repurchase the item you would like using your store credit or normal payment.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.
- You must first inform us by email before returning the items(s)
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping, and we do not accept any responsibility for lost returns and will not refund the shipping fee. We recommend using a tracked service.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale Items
- Clearance Items
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the return requirements.
HOW TO RETURN:
- YOU MUST email email@example.com with your order number, which item/s you would like to return, your full name and address, and the reason of return.
- We will get back to you within 48 hours giving you a return order number as well as an address to post the return to.
- You are responsible for paying and organising the shipment of the return. We do not accept any responsibility for lost returns and will not refund the shipping fee. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Once we receive the return we will email you a confirmation email with a gift card code (store credit) that you can then use to purchase items of your choice!
IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED:
If your item has arrived damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, which item is damaged and attach photos of the damaged item. We will be in contact to solve the issue.
